• In‑depth knowledge of the UK Real Estate industry.
• 2‑5 years’ experience in a consultancy and/or client‑side environment.
• Proven experience authoring strategic documentation including Business Cases for Real Estate.
• Knowledge of the HM Treasury Green Book 5‑Case Model.
