Job summary

A leading NHS mental health services provider is looking for a Public Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement Manager to oversee the delivery of their public affairs and stakeholder engagement plan. This role involves strengthening stakeholder relationships through effective communications, managing events, and ensuring accurate reporting for diverse audiences. Ideal candidates will have strong skills in public relations, excellent communication abilities, and relevant experience in public affairs or the NHS. Salary ranges from £56,276 to £63,176 per annum inclusive of HCAS.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in Public Affairs management roles.
• Experience in writing copy for various outlets.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver public affairs and communication activities.
• Produce regular stakeholder briefings.
• Manage external stakeholder relationships.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education

Educated to degree level or appropriate vocational experience

Membership of CIPR or relevant professional body
