Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in construction-related Project Management.
• Experience with preparing Planning and Building Control Applications and liaising with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of NI Building Regulations and NEC contracts.

• Supervise external consultants and ensure project compliance with regulatory requirements.
