Qualifications

• Fully qualified MCIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) - this is a mandatory requirement.
• Proven procurement experience within transport, infrastructure, or related public-sector environments.
• Strong understanding of NEC3/JCT contract structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic procurement activity across Transport & Place.
• Deliver robust end-to-end procurement solutions within public sector compliance frameworks.
• Advise on complex contracts including NEC3, JCT and regeneration-related commercial arrangements.
