A leading financial services organization in the UK is seeking a Strategic Planning & Insights Manager to connect customer insights with business goals. The successful candidate will have experience in marketing strategy, strong analytical skills, and be comfortable in a hybrid working environment. You will champion a customer-centric culture and work collaboratively to optimize marketing initiatives.
As a Strategic Planning & Insights Manager you'll play a pivotal role in connecting customer insights, business goals (both customer and product) and marketing planning into actionable strategies that drive commercial value. You'll work with stakeholders across IP&E and wider BMX teams to design, set, and optimise the marketing plan for BMX.
You\'ll be part of a collaborative team that values curiosity, creativity, and clarity. Your ability to triangulate data from multiple sources and translate it into strategic recommendations will be key to your success.
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at one of the listed hubs.
