Responsibilities

• Preparing and submitting planning applications, pre-applications, and appeals.
• Undertaking site appraisals and planning research.
• Advising clients on planning strategy, policy, and development potential.
• Liaising with local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitoring local planning policy and development plans.
