Pinnacle Recruitment are currently on the lookout for a Strategic Land Buyer for a Developer that is based in Chingford, Greater London / Essex.

The offices for this developer are large, open plan, very modern with ample parking and access from a nearby tube station.

The company have been established for over 30 years and have an excellent track record of delivering private homes and partnership homes in this time.

This role is to identify strategic parcels of Land in the home counties and surrounding areas.

This role reports into the Land Director and you will have the freedom to search in all areas the company are interested. Ideally you will come from a promo background, agency or developer.

The role will be a progressive role and will come with a good salary, travel allowance, benefits and bonus
