Job summary

A UK-based property development company is seeking an Assistant Land Manager based in Warrington. The candidate will identify and appraise land opportunities, assist the Land team in sourcing profitable land, and establish relationships with local authorities. The ideal applicant should have strong communication and negotiation skills, and at least 1 year’s experience in a Land Agency or Developer environment. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s experience either from a Land Agency or Developer background.
• Technical ability and good understanding of the planning process.
• Positive attitude towards teamwork.

• Assist in sourcing viable and profitable land opportunities.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with local authorities.
