Qualifications

  • Strong experience within commercial insurance, either broker-side or insurer-side.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain senior insurer relationships.
  • Good understanding of underwriting appetite, market dynamics and placement strategy.
  • Confident communicator able to influence internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing key insurer relationships across the commercial market.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between insurers and internal broking teams.
  • Negotiating and reviewing trading terms, schemes and delegated authority opportunities.
  • Supporting Account Executives and New Business teams with insurer engagement.
  • Identifying new insurer partners and opportunities aligned to growth plans.
  • Monitoring performance, appetite and market changes.

Skills
