Job summary

A leading Defence & Security entity is seeking an HR Business Partner for a 12-month contract role in Pontypool, requiring at least three days on-site per week. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR support, particularly within manufacturing or engineering sectors. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, developing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Qualifications

• Experience in a HR Business Partner role or as a senior HR advisor.
• Strong experience in employee relations and HR project management.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures in the Defence & Security sector.
