Qualifications

• Previous HR Advisor experience, preferably in a Business Partnering team in professional services environment.
• Understanding of UK employment law with experience supporting or leading on Employee Relations issues.
• Understanding of key HR processes, including reward, performance and appraisals.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with HR Business Partnering team to deliver high quality HR support.
• Advise on and manage employee relations matters including disciplinaries, absence management, and grievances.
• Support the delivery of HR calendar activity including salary reviews and engagement surveys.

Skills

Understanding of UK employment law

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong multi-tasking and time management skills

Strong organizational skills

Education

Experience in HR, preferably in professional services
