Responsibilities

  • Lead and govern framework agreements to align with business objectives.
  • Manage contracts and oversee procurement processes for cost efficiency.
  • Drive operational delivery by monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
  • Engage stakeholders and suppliers to ensure collaboration.
  • Champion health, safety, and compliance through proactive risk management.

Skills

Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
Strong commercial acumen
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of asset management and construction delivery
Familiarity with regulatory compliance
Experience managing KPIs and performance data

Education

Degree or HND/HNC in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management
Chartered Status or relevant experience
NEC3/4 Contract Management experience or other contracts
H&S qualifications SMSTS, IOSH, NEBOSH
Project Management PRINCE2, APM
Framework management experience minimum 5 years
