A leading finance firm in London is seeking a talented Chartered Accountant to support business change initiatives and manage M&A due diligence and project work across the organization. This role involves liaising with the M&A team, monitoring debt and cash flow, and ensuring project authorization and reporting. Ideal candidates will have strong project and change management experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle complex problems. Qualifications

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA).
  • Methodical and able to work under pressure.
  • Experience in project and change management from a finance perspective.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with various contacts.
  • Comfortable with unstructured problems and new concepts.
  • Strong skills in strategic analysis and planning.

Responsibilities

  • Support ad hoc project work like M&A due diligence and integrations.
  • Liaise with M&A team for calculations related to earn outs.
  • Assist in legal entity rationalisation projects.
  • Deliver requirements to lenders and rating agencies.
  • Monitor Group's debt and cash flow.
  • Help develop project authorisation, reporting, and tracking.
