Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Private Equity‑backed environment.
• Ability to balance strategic activities with hands-on detail.
• Strong commercial focus to improve profitability and cash generation.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to business objectives through financial strategy.
• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Produce timely P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting.

Skills

Qualifying accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)

Strong Excel skills

Leadership experience
