Qualifications

• Full membership of one of the 5 CCAB recognized professional accounting bodies or membership of CIMA.
• 3 years’ experience in a Finance Department including 2 years supervisory/staff management experience.
• Evidence of a commitment to continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the efficient use of financial allocations for commissioning health and social care.
• Assist in developing local policy for the financial strategy and financial planning.
• Ensure effective delivery of projects to agreed timescales and quality standards.
