• Build and manage short-term forecasts ensuring accuracy.
• Analyse sales trends and promotions to improve forecast reliability.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and retailers for alignment.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish KPIs including forecast accuracy.
• Support Production Planning and MRP alignment.
• Coordinate seasonal and promotional planning.

Skills

Knowledge of forecasting methodologies and systems

Experience of constraint planning and scheduling within food manufacturing

Previous planning or scheduling experience

Data and statistical analysis

Strong presentation skills

Strong organisational and time management skills
