A leading IoT solutions provider is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager in Greater London. This role involves ensuring customers enhance operational safety and efficiency using IoT solutions, crafting joint success plans, and conducting workshops. Candidates should have over six years of experience in customer success or related fields, possess fluency in French, and have a strong problem-solving mindset. Our Enterprise Customer Success Managers pick up where our Implementation team leaves off, working closely with our top customers to understand their fleet and unique challenges, advising on how to customize Samsara for their needs, and becoming their long-term partner.
Your role will be cross-functional in nature, working alongside and connecting Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product, enabling you to experience multiple aspects of a hyper-growth company from within.
This position is open to candidates residing in or near Paris or London. Relocation assistance will not be provided. You will be required to travel to customer sites in France and the United Kingdom, for up to 20% of the time, which may include overnight stays.
