A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Head of Commercial to drive the sales strategy and manage key accounts. The role involves mentoring a small team, identifying new business opportunities, and solutions-driven client engagement. Candidates should have a successful background in technical sales and proven leadership capabilities. Competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000, based in Warrington but with travel across the UK.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of commercial success within a sales leadership role.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a 2-3 year sales strategy.
  • Develop and mentor a team of Engineers and Sales administration.
  • Maintain and grow key accounts.
  • Identify and target new OEMs.
