Job summary

A leading FMCG company in the United Kingdom is seeking an interim Customer Account Manager to manage Amazon accounts. The role is full-time and requires building strong relationships, negotiating terms, and delivering financial targets. Qualifications

  • Experience in customer management and selling, ideally from a CAM role.
  • Prior commercial experience and exposure to P&L.
  • Experience of leading and developing direct reports.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Homecare and Grocery categories, leading a team of Account Executives.
  • Build strong customer relationships with Amazon.
  • Negotiate trade terms and manage promotional investments.
