KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deputise for the Store Manager in their absence.
• Manage cash handling, banking, and associated administration in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Ensure all till operations are carried out in line with the Fred Perry operations manual.
• Assist the Store Manager in stock control, including receipting transfers, monitoring stock levels, and stock presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to customers.
• Inform the Store Manager of any issues or non-compliance related to Fred Perry policies and procedures.
