Our store is situated in Parkgate Shopping Centre of this borough, known for its strong local community, cultural attractions and modern amenities. As a central hub for fashion lovers in the community our Shirley store offers a vibrant and rewarding environment to work in.

As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive Sales: Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, cultivating a performance-driven culture.
• Operational Management: Oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards while managing costs effectively.
