Overview

Spar Store Manager Cardiff Area.
£30,000 plus potential to earn bonus up to £7,800.
40 hours per week to include evenings and weekends.
Flexible hours - shift pattern between 7am and 11pm.

Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and stock control.
