We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team in Abergavenny. Our store is located in this charming market town on the edge of the Brecon Beacons, known for its historic character and strong sense of community.

As a Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales: Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, cultivating a performance-driven culture.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards while managing costs effectively.
