Job Overview

From the moment customers enter the store to when they leave, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for every visitor.

Responsibilities
  • Creating amazing experiences for our customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Interact with wonderful customers and educate them on our products, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
  • Maintain store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stocking replenishment, supporting loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures.
  • Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all security, health & safety, and stock accuracy policies.
  • Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
  • Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A positive and professional attitude.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
