Job summary

A leading UK-based recruitment firm is seeking a Stock Planner to optimize inventory flow at their Tamworth Fulfilment Centre. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in stock or inventory planning and a strong analytical approach. This hybrid role involves forecasting demand, managing stock projections, and driving continuous improvements in stock planning for a personalized gifting brand.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in stock or inventory planning, range planning, or merchandising in retail or e-commerce.
• Familiarity with replenishment and distribution strategies.
• Confident working with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand and create weekly stock projections.
• Monitor and report on key inventory KPIs.
• Own the stock plan for designated product categories.
• Identify and clear slow-moving or excess inventory.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Coordinate warehouse and logistics teams.
• Build tools and reports to track forecast accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement in stock planning.
