Stock Manager – lead accuracy, availability & performance

The role

As our Stock Manager, you’ll lead the Stock team to deliver excellent service, accurate stock control and strong operational performance. Your leadership will ensure we meet finance targets, stay fully compliant and maintain high stock availability for our customers.

What you’ll do
  • Manage daily stock integrity, PI cycles and stock adjustments
  • Monitor date-sensitive stock, ghost stock and customer credits
  • Lead investigations to understand root causes and prevent recurrence
  • Ensure quarantine and stock compliance standards are always met
  • Support Goods In accuracy, temperature checks and inbound booking (where applicable)
  • Analyse data from WMS, One Source and other systems to identify issues early
  • Drive continuous improvement and support operational change
  • Communicate clearly across all departments and shifts
  • Build, coach and develop an engaged, high-performing stock team
