The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented Stock Coordinator / Stock Controller to join our team at Samworth Brothers. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock movements, and ensuring compliance with established processes and financial standards. Your work will play a vital role in safeguarding data integrity and supporting operational efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and system reconciliation.
  • Oversee inbound, outbound, and internal stock transfers to ensure compliance and minimize discrepancies.
  • Develop and enforce SOPs for inventory handling, storage, and documentation.
  • Perform stock reconciliations, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare inventory-related financial reports and support month‑end/year‑end processes.
