Role Overview

Passionate for fashion and a fast‑paced Jet Set environment, our Stock Associates act as Jet Set Ambassadors, representing the vision of Michael Kors. They are responsible for operational tasks and all aspects of Back‑of‑House, collaborating with a positive approach to challenges, and demonstrating speed, energy, and optimism.

Responsibilities

• Support the team through the management and follow‑up of all stock‑related tasks, including deliveries and inventory control.
• Work as part of the Jet Set Team, providing support for colleagues within the store.
• Take accountability for personal self‑evaluation and performance as a Jet Set Ambassador.
• Ensure image and grooming standards are aligned with brand policy and practice the company behaviors using the behavior toolkit.
• Maintain floor and stock presence, leading by example.
• Support the team and line manager to resolve all client problems and complaints.
• Build and maintain effective communication with line manager and store members to drive performance.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, holding self and team accountable for results.
• Analyze reports and develop action plans with the line manager to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
• Track and communicate business results and opportunities with line manager to support sales and product needs.
• Ensure deliveries and transfers are properly processed following brand guidelines.
• Ensure integrity of inventory control through bi‑annual inventories and cycle counts.
• Maintain loss prevention as a priority, taking quick action on early indications of any loss and communicating with the line manager.
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising (VM) team to implement and maintain visual merchandising directives.
• Partner with store management to ensure appropriate product assortment.
