A prominent building consultancy is seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor to join their team in Stafford. The successful candidate will conduct stock condition surveys on social housing properties, identifying defects and assessing the lifespan of key components. Experience with asset management software is essential, alongside a keen analytical mindset. The role involves conducting several surveys daily and requires attention to detail. This is a paid per survey position and falls outside IR35 regulations.

TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a Stock Condition Surveyor to their team based in Stafford.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carry out stock condition surveys on social housing properties including kitchens, bathrooms and HHSRS.
• Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
• Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms.

About the Role:

• Surveys are carried out on a asset management software tablet devices will be provided.
• Carry out 6-10 completed surveys per day.
• Induction provided to use the software.
• Outside IR 35.
• Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks.

Ideal Candidates:

• Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields.
• Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets).
• Familiarity with the HHSRS system.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
