Stock Condition Surveyor – South Devon

Contract Role, 8am–5pm, £26–£30 per hour

Overview

Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the built environment. We work with social housing maintenance companies and are currently seeking Stock Condition Surveyors based in South Devon.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out Stock Condition Surveys in social housing properties
  • Provide technical advice and ensure compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements
  • Build strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Carry out HHSRS evaluations
  • Record and update survey data in the asset management system
