A leading housing provider in England is seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor to ensure homes remain safe and compliant. This role involves conducting stock condition, energy, and HHSRS surveys, with a responsibility to inform long-term investment decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance or construction and must possess relevant qualifications. Contract: 12 month fixed term contract
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Coventry, Oxford and Northampton
As a stock condition surveyor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our homes remain safe, compliant, and fit for the future. You'll carry out stock condition, energy and HHSRS surveys to help us capture robust data, inform long-term investment decisions, and support our mission to provide homes that our customers are proud to live in.

Someone with a strong background in property maintenance, housing, or construction who can combine technical expertise with a customer-first mindset. You'll need to be comfortable working independently, using your initiative, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
