Job summary

A surveying company in partnership with a consultancy is seeking qualified Surveyors for Stock Condition Surveys and RdSAP Assessments across South London. Ideal candidates will have experience in domestic energy assessments. This is an outside IR35 role for a duration of 3-4 months, offering pay per survey based on property type.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified DEA - Elmhurst.
• Experience required in Domestic Energy for RdSAP Assessments.
• Ability to carry out Stock Condition Surveys.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Stock Condition Surveys and RdSAP Assessments.
• Survey over 500 properties in South London.
• Door knocking and gathering tenant details.

TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a Building Consultancy who are currently seeking for Surveyors to carry out Stock Condition Surveys and RdSAP Assessments in South London.

Key Details

• Outside IR35 role
• Paid Per Survey – Houses, Flats, Blocks
• Over 500 properties to be surveyed
• Properties located in/around South London (I can forward the postcode list)
• ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority for the door knocking properties.
• Door Knocking and Tenant Details Provided
• Must be a QUALIFIED DEA - ELMHURST
• 3/4 month contracts
• The ideal candidate should have experience in Domestic Energy to carry out RdSAP Assessments.
