Stock Condition Surveyor — Somerset. Contract Role, 8am-5pm, £26 - £30 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Stock Condition Surveys in social housing properties
• Providing technical advice and ensuring compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements
• Building strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
• Carry out HHSRS evaluations
• Record and update survey data in the asset management system

Qualifications

• Have experience carrying out Stock Condition Surveys
• Relevant qualifications / experience in building surveying
• Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the building surveying industry
