Join Our Savoury Team as a Bakery Operative

Step into the heart of our award-winning bakery.As a Bakery Operative, you’ll play a key role in producing top-quality products while upholding the highest standards of food safety, quality, hygiene, and health & safety.

What You’ll Do

• Work safely and efficiently, following all company policies, procedures and legislation
• Bread Roll Production
• Pastry Production
• Chaffing Dough
• Cleaning Tins
• Packing and quality inspecting of products

What You’ll Bring

Experience in a bakery environment is a bonus — but not essential. We’ll give you all the training you need to rise to the occasion.

• Hours: 39 per week, 5 days out of 7 (Monday–Sunday)
• Start Time: from 6am
• Pay: £12.24 per hour (increasing after probation)
