A leading healthcare institution in London is seeking a registered nurse for the Victoria and Albert ward to provide high-quality care for cardiovascular patients. The role involves working within a multi-disciplinary team, supervising junior staff, and ensuring patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will be committed to continuous professional development within a supportive environment.
As a registered nurse on Victoria and Albert ward, you will be caring for cardiovascular patients and work with the MDT to provide our patients with high quality care. We have an enthusiastic group with a great team spirit that shares a common goal. You will be responsible for providing person centred nursing care that focuses on offering our patients a good experience whilst with us. We are supported by an energetic PDN team that support staff with continuous career development. We have a robust education plan and offer different courses to our staff. Victoria and Albert ward works closely with Victoria and Albert HDU and the Cardiac Recovery Unit.
Particular emphasis is put at Kings on the need to ensure that all staff recognise their responsibility to deliver services in a high quality, courteous, patient focused manner maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
