Salary: competitive dependent on experience plus 6% shift allowance & benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development). Hours: full time 37.5 hours per week. Unit open between 8am – 10pm, Monday – Sunday; flexible working between these times. Contract: Permanent. Role: Staff Nurse (Urgent Care Centre).

Location: The Wellington Hospital

An exciting opportunity for a staff nurse with experience in A&E or Urgent care to join the fast paced and dynamic Urgent Care team. You will deliver high quality nursing through assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating care for patients within the Urgent Care. The successful candidate will promote continual improvement of patient care and the services offered within the Urgent Care Centre.

As a Staff Nurse at our Urgent Care Centre, you will support the triage, treatment and admission process and contribute to improving patient flow. We offer career development and training opportunities.
