A regional healthcare provider in Hereford is seeking a named nurse/team leader to facilitate patient-centred care. Responsibilities include administering treatments, managing a caseload, and ensuring departmental governance. Opportunities for professional development and work-life balance are provided. To facilitate multidisciplinary patient-centred care in the role of named nurse/team leader. To administer and support in allocated Medical interventions with the right training and competencies in order to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
On a regular basis, accept the responsibility for the management/leadership of the department in the absence of the senior nurse ensuring the governance of the department is maintained according to local and national Policy. To participate in the supervision and teaching of staff and students.
