A leading NHS Trust in the UK is seeking a permanent Band 5 Staff Nurse to join the TESH Pre-Assessment Unit. The role requires the candidate to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care prior to elective surgery. Applicants should have a minimum of 18 months clinical experience, and prior knowledge of surgical nursing is an advantage. Permanent Band 5 Staff Nurse – TESH Pre-Assessment Unit. This position is for a registered nurse with a minimum of 18 months clinical experience to join an established nursing team within pre-operative assessment. The post holder will, after appropriate training, clinically assess, plan, deliver and evaluate care to a timescale for patients prior to elective surgery.
The clinic is open from 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (5 days a week). The service is based within Trafford Elective Surgical Hub at Trafford General Hospital.
