A leading healthcare service provider in Greater London is seeking a permanent registered nurse to join their Gynaecology team. The role involves assessing care needs, providing high-quality care, and managing both pre and post-operative situations. Applicants must hold a current NMC registration and Gynaecology experience is desirable. The position offers 23.1 hours per week with shifts covering 24 hours across 7 days.

Overview

Role and Schedule

1 x permanent post, 23.1 hours per week, 12 hour shifts, 24 hour over 7 days.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the assessment of care needs, the development of programmes of care and / or implementation and evaluation of these care programmes.
  • Ensuring the delivery of high quality care to patients in Gynaecology services
  • Pre and post operative care
  • Emergency Gynaecology
  • Administration of drugs
Qualifications
  • Essential criteria – Registered Nurse on NMC register
  • Desirable criteria – Gynaecology experience
