Chaldon ward is a 28 bed general internal medical ward caring for patients with a range of medical issues, often accepting patients from the emergency department and AMU.
As a staff member on Chaldon, your role would be to support and assist in the delivery of professional nursing care, ensuring the highest possible standards of care are received by our patients and their families / carers while on the ward.
