Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Appian Technical Lead to provide hands-on leadership across the design, development, and delivery of Appian solutions. You’ll guide a technical team, collaborate with business stakeholders, and champion Agile best practices to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Appian applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Champion Agile methodologies to improve project delivery and team performance
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and enforce Appian best practices
• Mentor and coach team members on Appian and Agile principles
• Drive continuous improvement in both Appian solutions and delivery processes

Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in Appian development (processes, integrations, UI)
• Strong background in leading Agile projects and teams
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
