We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Program Manager to lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM initiatives for one of our esteemed client. The ideal candidate will ensure that CRM solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives to drive customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM programs—from requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation support.
Develop and execute a strategic CRM roadmap that aligns with overall business goals.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Create detailed project plans including scope, schedule, resource allocation, budget, and risk management strategies.
Manage onshore and offshore teams, fostering accountability and ensuring timely milestone achievement.
Oversee solution design, data migration, integration, and customization within Dynamics CRM.
Monitor project quality, progress, and risks through structured governance and reporting.
Provide regular status updates, executive dashboards, and post-project evaluations.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance CRM delivery and adoption.
8–10 years of experience managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM programs or projects.
Strong understanding of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle management, and data-driven marketing.
Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional technology programs.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are preferred.
