Qualifications

• Experience in managing complex large budget projects in construction.
• Practised at management of on-site labour & resources.
• Extensive knowledge of production of project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation/handover meetings with stakeholders.
• Produce and maintain project programme.
• Communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills

Working knowledge of BS EN 12845 & LPS1048 Schemes

Familiarity with the principles of Prince 2 project management

Commercial acumen

Education

Valid SMSTS & CSCS Card
