Overview

As a Sprinkler Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for sprinkler system installations across commercial and industrial projects. You will play a critical role in winning new work and supporting project teams by ensuring all bids are technically and financially sound.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, codes, and standards to develop accurate material quantities and cost estimates.
• Prepare and submit detailed bid proposals and competitive tenders.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to validate pricing and scheduling assumptions.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans to maintain bid integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in sprinkler system estimating or related field (mechanical, fire protection) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of sprinkler design, codes, and standards.
• Proficiency with estimating software and takeoff tools; ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
