Spray Painter - Day Shift

Growing Manufacturer of bespoke products for high end customers

Manpower is recruiting a Spray Painter to join our client’s production team, playing a key role in the finished product of bespoke designs across wood and metal.

The company is growing steadily and has ambitious plans over the next few years providing job security. All staff benefit from high spec facilities such as fully kitted on site gym, access to PT sessions, kitchen, health cash plan, company pension, 30 days holiday.

Option of Mon to Fri Days or also Shifts which are x3 shifts per week, 2 weeks of Monday – Wednesday and 2 weeks Thursday – Saturday, with a shorter day on Saturdays.

The Role
  • Preparing parts and assemblies for painting
  • Mixing paints and other materials to the correct specifications
  • Operating spray guns and applying paint to meet required standards
  • Using heat or oven techniques for drying and special finishes
  • Inspecting and separating non-conforming parts, reporting issues as required
  • Cleaning and maintaining spray equipment, tools, and the work area
  • Handling materials and carrying out minor maintenance duties
  • Following company processes, quality standards, and health & safety requirements
  • Supporting overtime and weekend work when required
