You will manage sports facilities and support the Physical Education curriculum while overseeing staff and ensuring adherence to health and safety measures. Contract Type: 37 hours per week (full time), 52.134 weeks per year (rota system, including evenings and weekends). Contract Term: Permanent. Closing Date: Monday 13th October 2025, Midday. We are seeking a proactive Sports & Community Lettings Assistant Manager to provide efficient and effective support to the Physical Education and Sport Curriculum Team and the Community Lettings Manager. The post holder will, in particular, deputise for the Community Lettings Manager when required, ensure the effective supervision of High Leisure support staff, undertake key administrative functions, use and care of equipment, and the general preparation of sports areas. Sports Support Department team members will be required to work on a shift basis in order to cover both curriculum and community facility use 7 days per week. In the absence of the Community Lettings Manager, the post holder will oversee the daily operation of 'High Leisure' as directed.
