Are you an enthusiastic Sports Coach with classroom management skills looking for a flexible role? Monarch Education is seeking dedicated individuals to deliver sports activities and provide classroom cover supervision in a welcoming school in Northampton. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging sports sessions to promote physical activity and teamwork.
• Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring a positive and safe learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Support pupils in maintaining focus and completing set work.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other colleagues to enhance pupil outcomes.

Requirements:

• Experience in sports coaching and/or classroom supervision.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate pupils in both sports and academic settings.
• A patient and professional approach to managing behaviour.
• Must hold the right to work in the UK and be available for an enhanced DBS check.
