The ideal candidate will have over 2 years in B2B sales, a strong record of exceeding targets, and exceptional relationship-building skills. Develop and execute sponsorship sales strategies that exceed revenue targets and build long-term partnerships.
Identify and qualify prospective sponsors, targeting senior decision-makers in technology and cybersecurity sectors.
Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, acting as a trusted advisor to maximize ROI.
Deliver tailored sponsorship proposals and presentations that clearly communicate the value of partnership.
Negotiate contracts and close deals that support both sponsor objectives and company growth.
Collaborate with marketing and event production teams to ensure sponsorship packages align with event content.
Maintain an organised sales pipeline, tracking progress and reporting on key metrics using CRM tools.
