Qualifications

  • Experience in medical device sales, preferably in spine or orthopaedics.
  • Strong network within the spinal surgery or orthopaedic community is highly desirable.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand market presence and drive revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with spine surgeons, hospitals, and surgical teams.
  • Provide product demonstrations, case support, and technical guidance during procedures.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
