A community health service provider in Surrey is seeking a Band 5 Speech & Language Therapist to manage diverse cases, providing specialized support and developing therapy plans. The ideal candidate will hold a B.S.C Hons in Speech & Language Therapy and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. This role focuses on direct impact in children's lives through tailored therapy, documentation of progress, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams. Our Band 5 Speech & Language Therapists are part of the Paediatric Therapy team and will manage a general caseload of children with a range of varied and complex needs while accessing appropriate support and supervision. Newly qualified practitioners will work towards autonomous practise with formal supervision from their line manager.
Our Band 5 Speech & Language Therapists will devise child centred therapy plans using evidence based practice to ensure that the individuals full potential is developed or maintained.

The post holder will be based at a site within their local quadrant of Surrey. This could be an admin base or a clinical base. Admin bases are located in Woking, Guildford, Chertsey, Epsom and Redhill.
